Returned items can be shipped back to us via US Mail or any private parcel carrier. Returns and/or exchanges are not accepted on food products or any item intended for human consumption (e.g. personal body and beauty care items). Refunds or credits are limited to the value of the item and any taxes charged. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Items being returned must be unused and un-damaged. We will not issue credit for used or damaged items. AsianaWest is not responsible for returned items until they are receive by us. As such, customers should insure their returned items. Package insurance is free (up to $100) with UPS and FedEx. AsianaWest Sales Tax Policy Shipments to New York residents are subject to applicable sales taxes. No sales taxes are applicable elsewhere at this time. AsianaWest Shipping Policy AsianaWest does not currently ship orders outside of the United States. Primary shipping methods are UPS Ground and USPS. Orders to Hawaii, Alaska and U.S. territories will be shipped via US Postal Service Priority Mail. Express and/or Overnight delivery services are not available at this time. Available store items are typically shipped (processed, packed, and submitted to UPS or USPS) within 3-7 business days. Special orders/requests may take longer to process. Please allow a few more business days for delivery. Shipping and handling times are approximate and not guaranteed. Customers are notified via e-mail of any backorder situations and have the option to cancel the backorder prior to shipment. Some uniquely heavy, bulky or custom orders may require additional shipping charges. Customers will be notified via e-mail in the event unique shipping charges are applicable.
